Mixed Vegetable Casserole

  • 3 (1 LB.) BAGS FROZEN MIXED VEGETABLES
  • 1 CUP WATER CHESNUTS (CHOPPED OR SLICED)
  • 1 CUP SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE (GRATED)
  • ¾ CUP HELLMAN’S MAYONNAISE
  • 1 TUBE RITZ CRACKERS, CRUSHED
  • 1 STICK OLEO OR BUTTER, MELTED
  • 1 ONION (CHOPPED)
  • COOK VEGETABLES AND DRAIN.  MIX COOKED VEGETABLES, WATER CHESNUTS, CHEESE, ONION,AND MAYONNAISE.
  • PUT IN CASSEROLE DISH.  MELT OLEO AND CRUSHED CRACKERS AND SPREAD ON
  • TOP OF VEGETABLES.  BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWNED AND CHEESE IS MELTED.

I USE BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, AND CARROTS, BUT USE WHATEVER YOU LIKE.
