We believe in providing value to our customers. That means high quality products and most of all, excellent service. The Full Service Claims Department was developed in 1994. Lindsay Harlan, our on staff claims manager is devoted to providing the upmost customer service experience.

Lindsay prides herself in assisting the client through the claim process by answering questions and explaining coverages. You may take comfort in knowing, that no matter what time of day or night, your insurance agency has a claims manager on hand ready to help you through your loss.

Because water damage, fires and tornadoes can occur at all hours, we have an emergency line for your convenience. Emergency calls in the evening or weekend are handled promptly.

We want our clients to know they are not alone. We are here 24 hours, 7 days a week.
